Comparative table of public officials’ reporting obligations in ENPE member States

Created in June 2022 at the initiative of the High Authority that chairs it, the ENPE aims at promoting public ethics and transparency. This table was presented to the ENPE members during the plenary meeting on 4 and 5 October 2023 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. It presents the scope of public officials subject to a declaration of assets and/or interests, the frequency of these declarations, the means of control and the related sanctions.
